Living room:

Living Room 2:

All glass less than 1 meter is safety glass or covered with safety film

Hall:

The under stairs cupboard in the hallway is not accessible.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is hygienically clean.
There is a thermostatically controlled radiator.
Fire blanket.
Fire extinguisher.
First aid kit.
Sockets are covered.
No low alcohol or cleaning substances.
No accessible medicines or dangerous equipment.
All drawers with knives or other dangerous equipment have safety catches on them.

Bathroom:

Radiator is thermostatically controlled
Toiletries and cleaning fluids are kept out of reach.

Upstairs Landing:

There is a stairgate at the top of the stairs.

We live in a clean and friendly environment, the carpets are vacuumed frequently during the day and cleaned on a regular basis, the kitchen is lino and the bathroom has a tiled floor. Both are hygienically cleaned on a daily basis. Radiators are thermostatically controlled and we have electric fans (stored in the loft) for use in the summer months.

We are a non smoking household and smoking is not permitted in any part of the house.
