I will try not to make distinctions between male and female roles and give all the children in my care the chance to express their individual personalities through various forms of play. I understand that by treating children equally you sometimes have to treat them differently i.e. children with disabilities will need extra help. I will make sure I adhere to any dietary or religious needs. I realise that parents are the best source of information regarding their child and I access that source frequently.
